The rural location of this property makes it hard to believe that it is just three miles from the city of Truro with its shops restaurants museums and markets. There are plenty of interesting gardens nearby including the National Trust-managed Trelissick House and Gardens which has 300 acres of parkland for visitors to enjoy. The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan two of Cornwall s top attractions are also within an easy drive. The situation of the property means that it has good access to both the north and south coasts of Cornwall offering the best of both worlds with the northern coast famed for its wide beaches and world-class surfing conditions and the south for its pretty fishing villages such as Mevagissey and Charlestown. This is a great spot for getting to know all that Cornwall has to offer.
