This newly built very pretty villa is situated at the top of a hill with fantastic views over the countryside and down to the sea from its swimming pool (6m x 3m depth 1m to 2m with roman steps) and sun terraces. With a backdrop of mountains and no other house in the immediate vicinity Algarrobo is very private and romantic. The village of Frigiliana (with a small selection of shops and restaurants) is just 3 km away whilst the beach and many amenities of Nerja are just 12-15 min drive away. Inside the house is cosy comfortable and very well equipped. The lounge and bedrooms are all air-conditioned and heated at no extra charge making this an ideal choice at any time of year. The house is reached via a short but steep concreted track with easy flat parking just behind the villa. Two storeys. Lounge/dining room with enclosed fireplace basic satellite TV and DVD open-plan kitchen with full cooker fridge microwave and dishwasher (washing machine outside by BBQ). Half flight of stairs down to a twin bedroom with shower/WC. Stairs up from lounge to double bedroom and shower/WC. BBQ to side of the house. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.
