Situated in the Capistrano Playa area of Nerja above the famous Burriana Beach these 4 semi-detached villas command spectacular sea views from their terraces and balconies. Access to Burriana beach with it array of bars and restaurants is only a 6-7 minute downhill walk away whilst Nerja town centre is approximately 30 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. The villas are therefore ideal for anyone who wants to be close to the main beach with all its amenities as well as being within easy reach of the resort centre so a car is not necessary all the time (although it is useful for trips to the supermarket or sightseeing further afield). The large terraces (with BBQ) and private swimming pool (6m x 4m depth 1m to 1.8m with ladder) are on the lower level of each house whilst there is also a 1st floor balcony and roof terrace in each house both offering sea views. The villas are situated in a quiet cul de sac and are entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. All are equipped to the same high standard but have slightly different furnishings and aspects. A short flight of stairs lead up to the top floor where there is a cloakroom/toilet lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen. The lounge is equipped with basic satellite TV DVD Player and CD player and there are patio doors leading on to a large terrace with wonderful sea and coastline views. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven hob fridge freezer microwave and washing machine and the usual electrical appliances such as toaster coffee maker and kettle etc. Furnishings throughout are of a very good standard in a contemporary style. From the lounge/dining area a staircase leads up to a roof terrace from which there are stunning panoramic views. Downstairs from the entrance hall there are 3 bedrooms 2 twins which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite facilities. From the double bedroom patio doors open on to the pool and its terrace area. All bedrooms have fans. Saturday or Sunday changeover. Weekly cleaning and linen/towel change weekly.
