Casa Victoria is a semi detached bright modern villa which is most conveniently situated in a residential area just 10 min walk from the centre of Nerja with its variety of shops bars and restaurants and a similar distance from the nearest beach. It is ideal for couples or families who do not want to use their car all the time or want to enjoy a drink in the evening and walk home. There are several shops and restaurants within 5 min walk. Recently built the house is comfortably furnished and has a lawned garden with a kidney shaped swimming pool (6m x 4m depth 1.5m to 1.6m with ladder) and BBQ. The villa is very close to Villa Jazmines (SSN077) and the gardens of Victoria are separated from the adjacent house by a high wall so are quite private. Two storeys. Lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV CD and DVD player and french windows opening onto garden and pool fitted kitchen with hob/oven fridge microwave dishwasher and washing machine plus downstairs cloakroom. Twin bedroom and shower/WC downstairs. Upstairs are 1 double with ensuite bathroom 2 twins and a further bathroom. The double and 1 twin share a terrace overlooking the pool. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.
