Ideal for families looking for a villa close to the beach this house is in a residential area just 700m uphill from the main Playa Burriana in Nerja. There are many restaurants bars and shops nearby whilst the resort centre is approx. 25 min walk away (which can also be reached by bus). Villa Miramar is one of 3 identical houses on a quiet street and is built on three levels into the hillside with the private swimming pool (6m x 4m depth 1.1m to 1.9m with steps) and sun terraces at the lower level.. Bright and spacious it offers comfortable holiday accommodation for families who enjoy proximity to the sea and all amenities. Car hire is not essential here although it is useful for exploring the region or even going to the supermarket. Three storeys. On the upper (entry) level there is private parking and front door leading into a hallway shower/WC and a lounge/dining room with satellite TV CD and DVD players plus patio doors onto a balcony. Separate fitted kitchen with hob fridge washing machine and microwave. Downstairs are three twin bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite) ? all bedrooms have patio doors opening onto a long balcony overlooking the pool. Steps lead down from the upper level to the swimming pool sun terraces and BBQ. At pool level in 4 bedroomed villas there is also a further twin and bathroom (only opened for bookings of 7 or 8 people). 3 bedroomed villas for 1-6 people do not have this extra bedroom at pool level. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.
