This brand new house is due for completion in early 2009. It is situated just 10 min drive from Nerja in an elevated postion surrounded by olive and fruit trees very close by to Medina Paloma (SSN082) with lovely views across the countryside and down to the sea. The house is perfect for romantic couples and will also have access for disabled clients into the parking area house and private swimming pool (7m x 3m with a sloping entrance for wheelchairs. El Nido is being built by the same family as Casa Tania (SSN072) and La Luna (SSN078) and will be furnished and equipped to the same very high standards. It will be a perfect hideaway for romantic couples of whom one may have walking difficulties. The beaches and many amenities of Nerja are easily reached by car ? an added bonus is that you don?t need to drive through the town centre to reach the main Burriana beach with its many shops and restuarants. One storey. Lounge with sofabed satellite TV CD and DVD players plus patio doors onto the pool and sun terraces. Small well equipped kitchen with hob/oven fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher (washing machine outside). Double bedroom with air conditioning/heating (at no extra charge) plus a bathroom with walk in shower (with handrails and disabled access) handbasin and WC. Covered dining terrace and BBQ outside. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Minimum stay 7 nights arrive any day except between 25 Jul -28 Aug when Saturday changeover only.
