On a hillside in a quiet residential area just 3km from the beaches and resort centre of Moraira this pleasant comfortable house has a large partly lawned garden planted with trees and shrubs for shade as well as a kidney-shaped private swimming pool and spacious sun terraces with BBQ. Villa Aldo also benefits from air-conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom making this a very popular holiday home in the hot summer months. One storey. Steps lead up from the sun terraces to a conservatory with panoramic views over the area and then into the air-conditioned lounge/dining room with wood burning stove satellite TV and DVD player. Kitchen with breakfast bar hob/oven fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Master double bedroom with air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom further double and twin bedrooms and a shower/WC. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Air-conditioning at no extra charge. Tuesday changeover between 21 July -25 August Tuesday or Saturday arrivals (for stays of 7 10 11 14 nights etc) at other times.
