Villa Baladrar is a large pretty house set in spacious grounds bordered by lemon and palm trees and colourful oleander bushes. Situated on a quiet road just 1km from the coastline and 4 km from the beach and resort of Moraira the house has a very large shady veranda/dining terrace overlooking the swimming pool (7m x 4m depth 1m to 2m with roman steps) sun terraces garden and sea. Inside the house is attractively decorated in bright colours and has a slightly old fashioned yet comfortable homely feel. An excellent choice for families with children Baladrar is also convenient for various bars and restaurants nearby whilst the superb beach and larger resort of Calpe is just 7 km away. Steps from driveway up to veranda and front door then villa is on one level. Lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV DVD and CD player and doors onto veranda fitted kitchen with microwave and dishwasher 2 twin and 1 double bedrooms full bathroom with washing machine. A pathway with a few steps leads from the front of the house to the pool garden sun terraces and shaded dining area with BBQ. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover between 18 July -28 August Tuesday or Saturday arrivals (for stays of 7 10 11 14 nights etc) at other times.
