Reached by a steep driveway Villa Buenavista enjoys a private location on a hillside in a peaceful residential area some 4 km from the beach and centre of Moraira and approx. 1.5 km from the coast. There are wonderful panoramic views from its large swimming pool (9m x 5m depth 1m to 2m with roman steps) and sun terraces truly justifying the name of ?Buenavista?. Inside the house is tastefully furnished in a bright modern style and is well equipped for an enjoyable villa holiday. There are several bars restaurants and supermarkets about 1.5 km away whilst the larger resort and superb golden beach of Calpe is just 15 min drive. Two storeys. The driveway (with parking space at the bottom) leads up to the house sun terraces and pool. A shaded dining terrace overlooking the pool leads to an attractive lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV and DVD player kitchen with American bar washing machine and dishwasher. 1 twin and 1 double bedroom and full bathroom. Steps lead up to a large balcony with magnificent views. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Tuesday changeover between 21 July -25 August Tuesday or Saturday arrivals (for stays of 7 10 11 14 nights etc) at other times.
