Situated in an elevated position on the hillside of the La Vina residential area El Sol has superb views from its spacious terraces swimming pool (8m x 4m depth 1m to 2m with ladder) and veranda. A modern house with bright spacious living areas the villa is comfortably furnished and well equipped with a lovely swimming pool bordered by sun terraces and plenty of space for outdoor living. There is also central heating for the cooler months. Moraira?s beach and centre is about 4 km away whilst there are several shops and restaurants on the coast road 1km below the house. The lively resort and superb golden beach of Calpe is just 7 km away whilst there are several small coves to explore a little closer to hand. One storey. Spacious shaded veranda with eating and sitting areas leading from pool area into lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV DVD player and enclosed fireplace open-plan kitchen with dishwasher (washing machine in utility room). 2 twin bedrooms share a full bathroom plus further twin with ensuite shower/WC and patio doors opening onto the veranda. There is also a rooftop solarium. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover between 18 July -28 August Tuesday or Saturday arrivals (for stays of 7 10 11 14 nights etc) at other times.
