Set in fairly extensive and private gardens with mature bushes private swimming pool (8m x 4m depth 1m to 2m with roman steps) sun terraces and a most attractive shaded stone dining table and BBQ it is a comfortable well equipped and homely villa ideal for larger families or a group of friends. There are excellent views from the upstairs sun lounge/conservatory. Two storeys. Covered porch leads to a hallway and then to a spacious lounge/dining room with enclosed fireplace satellite TV CD and DVD players. Fitted kitchen with full cooker fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and washing machine. Twin bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. Stairs lead up to a landing area with one double one twin and 2 single bedrooms plus a family bathroom. There is also a large sun lounge with panoramic sea views on this upper level ? perfect for relaxing on a cooler day. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover between 18 July -28 August Tuesday or Saturday arrivals (for stays of 7 10 11 14 nights etc) at other times.
