Situated on a hillside in a quiet residential area with superb views down the valley Casa Welsh is an attractive spacious villa with a large terraced garden offering lots of space and privacy. The beach shops and restaurants of Moraira are just 3 km away. Inside the villa is comfortably furnished in a traditional style with beamed ceilings whilst the extensive terraces around the private swimming pool (10m x 5m depth 1m to 2m with roman steps and railings easing access for people with limited mobility) offer sun and shade and lots of space for enjoying sunbathing or dining 'al fresco' by the BBQ. The house overlooks other villas below but is not overlooked itself. Two storeys. From the car port steps lead up to a balcony and the front door. Lounge/dining room with fireplace satellite TV DVD and CD player. Kitchen with full cooker fridge microwave and breakfast bar. Two twin bedrooms and full bathroom on this level. At pool level (via internal or external staircase) is a further twin with shower/WC and patio doors opening onto the pool terrace. Utility room with washing machine. Shaded terrace with BBQ. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Tuesday changeover between 21 July -25 August Tuesday or Saturday arrivals (for stays of 7 10 11 14 nights etc) at other times.
