This very pretty flamingo coloured old farmhouse has been tastefully renovated into a charming holiday villa with lots of character. It is handily situated in the countryside just 3 km from the beach and resort centre of Moraira 5 min walk from the nearest restaurant and supermarket. With lovely views over the countryside from its spacious south facing terraces private swimming pool (8m x 4m depth 1m to 2m with roman steps) and BBQ it offers a private and peaceful very convenient location for a relaxing holiday. The thick old stone walls make the house delightfully cool in summer. The larger resort of Calpe is just 10 min drive away whilst the many attractions of Benidorm (including terra Mittica theme park) is approx. 20-25 min drive. Two storeys. A cool shaded dining veranda with original old wooden doors leads into a spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV and DVD. Fitted kitchen with American bar microwave full cooker fridge washing machine and dishwasher. One twin bedroom and full bathroom downstairs plus three further twins and bathroom upstairs. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover between 18 July -28 August Tuesday or Saturday arrivals (for stays of 7 10 11 14 nights etc) at other times.
