This delightful villa is situated in the exclusive El Cabo area 6km from Javea close to a ?mirador? from where are wonderful views of the coastline. It is set in extensive landscaped flower filled gardens to the front and rear with a large swimming pool (10m x 5m depth 1m to 2m with ladder and roman steps) with BBQ area at the front and offers quality accommodation in one of the most sought after areas of Javea. Inside Villa Enzo is very spacious comfortable and well equipped offering all amenities for a most comfortable and relaxing holiday. Two storeys ? most living accommodation is on the upper level. Steps lead from the pool area up to a large shaded balcony from where doors lead into the spacious lounge/dining room with ceiling fan cable TV DVD and CD player plus a fitted kitchen with dishwasher microwave (washing machine and tumble dryer downstairs in utility room at pool level). A few steps lead to the main sleeping area ? 1 twin with ceiling fan further twin with air conditioning shower/WC plus a master double with ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. Downstairs at pool level (only accessed from outside no internal steps from upstairs) is a further double bedroom with fan plus another double (only accessed from the 1st downstairs double so best suited to children) plus a further full bathroom. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Friday changeover. Air-conditioning/heating approx ?100 per week payable locally on arrival if required.
