Ideally situated close to the La Cala beach and just 3km from the main Arenal beach (with its many shops bars and restaurants) this townhouse is on the smart Esparta development and is very well equipped and furnished making it ideal for couples or families who want to be close to all amenities. The house is on the bus route to the resort centre making it ideal for people who dont want to use their car all the time. With a bougainvillea covered terrace and private garden leading via a lockable gate to the communal pool (10m x 6m depth 1m to 2m plus separate childrens?s pool) and sun terraces it is ideal for families with children wanting either privacy and security or to socialise with other families as well as be close to the beach. The old town and colourful port area of Javea are just 4 km away. Two storeys. Hallway leading to a fitted kitchen with microwave and washing machine. Lounge/dining room with ceiling fan TV CD and DVD player. Shower/WC. Upstairs are 2 twin bedrooms with ceiling fans a further full bathroom and a large balcony/terrace. The lounge and main bedroom have air-conditioning and heating - approx ?100 per week payable locally on arrival if required. Min stay 7 nights arrive any day.
