This traditional old farmhouse stands in a spacious lawned garden bordered by fruit trees with a large ?figure of 8? shaped swimming pool (10m x 5m depth 1m to 2m with ladder) shady veranda and BBQ. With wooden beams small windows and traditional furnishings it has a very cool but homely feel with the added bonus of 3 modern bathrooms. Set back from the road between Javea (5 km) and Jesus Pobre and 9 km from the beach this is an attractive comfy house with lots of character and charm. The nearest supermarket and restaurant is just 1 km away whilst there are also several small bars and restaurants just 2-3 km distant avoiding the need to always go into Javea itself. Two storeys. Large shaded veranda facing garden and pool. Lounge with basic satellite TV DVD and CD player. Rustic kitchen with microwave dishwasher and washing machine. Dining room and twin bedroom with ensuite full bathroom on ground floor. Partially open staircase to 1st floor with further twin and double bedrooms both with ensuite shower/WC. Balcony with countryside views. All bedrooms have fans. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Min stay 7 nights arrive any day. Mid stay cleaning and linen change provided on holidays of 14 or more nights. Optional cleaning available on stays on 7-13 nights (pre book and prepay or arrange in resort if preferred).
