In a residential area of the same name Entrepinos is a spacious villa set in private extensive lawned and hedged gardens just 5 km from Arenal beach and 1.5 km from a small selection of shops and restaurants. The villa is built into the hillside with the bedrooms on the lower level and opening onto the garden and swimming pool (10m x 6m depth 1m to 2m with roman steps) area whilst the living areas are upstairs at the entrance level. There is a large upstairs balcony offering good views plus a shaded lower terrace with BBQ leading onto the garden. The old town of Javea is approx. 7 km away. Two storeys. From the driveway the front doors lead into a spacious lounge/dining room with TV DVD and CD player plus 2 double bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom) a small twin bedroom and further bathroom. A spiral staircase leads down to lower (garden) level which has a fitted kitchen with microwave washing machine and dishwasher plus a further small twin bedroom and bathroom. There is also a further lounge area with double sofa bed (for up to 2 children) which leads out to the shaded veranda and garden which can also be reached via steps around the side of the house. All bedrooms have fans. Car hire essential. Min stay 7 nights arrive any day. Mid stay cleaning and linen change provided on holidays of 14 or more nights. Optional cleaning available on stays on 7-13 nights (pre book and prepay or arrange in resort if preferred).
