This attractive villa is set in mature private terraced gardens in a quiet but very convenient residential area just 4 km from Granadella beach and 0.5km from the nearest supermarket bar restaurant and tennis club. Comfortably furnished and very spacious Villa Planta is ideal for those looking for an inexpensive holiday in this popular resort. There are several terraces and a large shaded veranda perfect for families or a group of friends needing both sun and shade. The old town of Javea is approx. 9 km away whilst the main Arenal beach is 5 kms.. Two storeys. From the shaded veranda doors lead into a lounge/dining room with cable TV DVD and CD player plus a modern fitted kitchen with microwave and washing machine. There are 1 twin and 1 double on the ground floor plus a full bathroom. Upstairs is a master double with ensuite bathroom. A few steps lead down from the veranda to the kidney shaped swimming pool (8m x 4m depth 1m to 2m with ladder) BBQ area and spacious sun terraces. Min stay 7 nights arrive any day. Mid stay cleaning and linen change provided on holidays of 14 or more nights. Optional cleaning available on stays on 7-13 nights (pre book and prepay or arrange in resort if preferred).
