Set against a backdrop of Montgo mountain this attractive detached character property offers very spacious and comfortable accommodation with a mature private garden with terraces and lawns around its lovely swimming pool (10m x 5m depth 1m to 2m with roman steps). There is a superb and unusual sun room whose doors completely open onto the pool BBQ and sun terraces and is a wonderfully relaxing spot on a cool spring or autumn day. At the end of a cul de sac in a quiet residential area just 4 km from Javea old town and 8kms from Arenal beach Celestia is a delightful villa that has been furnished to a high standard with many individual and personal touches. It is just 1 km to the nearest supermarket and just 500m to a restaurant. There is a mezzanine sitting area above the lounge ? care should be taken with very young children on this level (stairgate may be booked). Note: the building shown to the left of the villa is the garage and is not a neighbouring house. Two storeys. Lounge with basic satellite TV and DVD archway into conservatory/sun room. Kitchen with microwave dishwasher and utility room with washing machine. Separate dining room. Double bedroom with dressing room and ensuite bathroom private patio leading to garden. Upstairs are 2 twin bedrooms and a full bathroom. The kitchen and all bedrooms are air conditioned ? 100 Euros per week payable locally in resort if required. Min stay 7 nights arrive any day. Mid stay cleaning and linen change provided on holidays of 14 or more nights. Optional cleaning available on stays on 7-13 nights (pre book and prepay or arrange in resort if preferred).
