Just 1.5 km from Javea old town and 5 km from the beach with a caf -bar just 200m away it is very conveniently located but the setting here is so idyllic you may hardly want to leave the villa at all! From the garden there are excellent views of Montgo mountain which dominates the landscape for miles around. Two storeys. Large shaded veranda and dining terrace leads into an ?L? shaped lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV DVD and CD player open plan fitted kitchen with microwave and dishwasher (washing machine is outside) twin bedroom and bathroom with separate cloakroom/WC. Upstairs (via an open staircase) are 2 double bedrooms one with en suite bathroom the other with own sitting room and ensuite shower/WC. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge is available for the hotter months ? Approx. 100 Euros payable locally on arrival if required. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.
