Villa Angel is a very tastefully furnished modern villa ideally situated in a quiet residential area just 1 km from the beautiful and historic village of Begur where there is a variety of shops and restaurants. The beaches of Aigua Blava Fornells Sa Riera and Platja de Pals are also all within 5-10 min drive whilst there is a handy tennis club with restuarant and large communal pool just 300 metres from the villa. It is bordered by lawns whilst the rear garden with BBQ isfenced and gated for child safety. A golf course is 5 km away and horse riding 3km. The house is set on a hillside with steps from the driveway leading to the front door lawned garden private swimming pool (8m x 3m depth 1m to 1.9m with roman steps) and terraces. The pool area at the front of the house is gated from the back garden and BBQ area ideal for families with young children. Inside Villa angel has been very attractively decorated and furnished providing a most comfortable holiday home in convenient yet peaceful surroundings. Two storeys. The front door leads into a hallway with cloakroom and then into a spacious lounge/dining room with enclosed fireplace satelite TV CD and DVD players. Patio doors lead onto a shaded terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Fitted kitchen with hob/oven fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and washing machine plus doors onto the rear garden and BBQ area. There are also 2 twin bedrooms and a full bathroom downstairs. Upstairs is the master double bedroom with ensuite shower/WC and a huge terrace with commanding views. Fans are provided. Cleaning and linen change on holidays of 11 nights or more. Minuimum stay 7 nights arrive anyday except between 4 July and 4 Sept when Saturday changeover only.
