Villa Paraiso is an impressive villa ideal for larger parties set in private tranquil and secluded gardens in the residential area of Mas Pere. The extensive and very private gardens are terraced into the hillside making it almost impossible to take a photo that can do justice to this magnificent property. The large private pool (9m x 5m with steps and ladder) is surrounded by spacious sun terraces with a BBQ and there is also a badminton court. Close to the medieval village of Calonge yet within easy reach (10 min drive) of the beaches and bustling coastal resorts of Palamos and Platja D'Aro this villa is a perfect choice for families looking for lots of space in a convenient location. There are several restaurants within 5 min walk of the villa whilst Calonge has a good range of small shops and bars. Two storeys. Steps lead from the driveway up to the front door and upper level of the villa. Hallway leading to a double with en suite bathroom newly fitted luxury kitchen with full cooker fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave and washing machine. Spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV DVD video and CD player plus doors leading to extensive upper terrace streching around the house and overlooking the pool. Downstairs is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom plus 3 twin bedrooms sharing a shower/WC. A doorway leads to the pool and sun terraces and a good sized balcony runs around the side and front of the house and is accessed by 2 of the lower bedrooms. All bedrooms have fans. Cleaning and linen change on holidays of 11 nights or more. Minimum stay 7 nights arrive any day except between 3 July and 3 Sept when Friday arrivals only.
