Villa San Miguel is a very comfortable and relaxing bungalow located on the edge of the typical village of San Miguel de Abona just 15 min drive from Tenerife South Airport. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday the house is set in a large plot of walled and partly lawned south facing gardens with two comfortable seating areas accessed from the lounge and kitchen. One terrace is enclosed with blinds which can be raised if required whilst the other has a retractable canopy. The private pool (5m x 3m depth 1m and heated in winter) has a jacuzzi ledge and three seats with massaging jets as well as two powerful swim jets for more strenuous exercise. San Miguel village centre is just 5 min walk away with plenty of shops cafes and restaurants. The busy resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas or the lush golf courses are all 15-20 min drive away with all the amenities you would expect from large resorts. The villa itself is perfect for both families or romantic couples and is most tastefully furnished and well equipped offering everything you could wish for in a quality villa holiday. One Storey. Private gated driveway and gardens lead to the pool and sun terraces. Patio doors lead from the shaded terrace into the spacious lounge with Satellite TV (with free to air British channels) and DVD player. Modern fitted kitchen/dining room with hob/oven fridge/freezer microwave washing machine and dishwasher. Three double bedrooms - master with King sized bed and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and hairdryer plus a further family bathroom with bath overhead shower/WC. Rooftop terrace with sea views.
