Staying on this beautiful farm will make you feel like the rest of the world is thousands of miles away but just a five minute drive down the road is the pretty village of Iddesleigh where you can dine in award winning pub The Duke of York and wander the streets that inspired Michael Morpurgo s War Horse. If you feel the need to venture further afield from the farm both Dartmoor and Exmoor are easily accessible and beaches such as Lynton Lynmouth Bude and Widemouth are just a short drive away. Cyclists and walkers are well catered for in this area and the Tarka Trail is close to the 1450 Barn. This lovely property has three bedrooms for six guests and offers one double with TV and en-suite one double which can be changed into a twin on request with TV and one bunk bedroom. The main bathroom has a bath with shower and there is a separate downstairs WC. The lounge/kitchen/diner has a TV/DVD hi-fi surround-sound built into the ceiling and patio doors leading out onto the enclosed garden. The well equipped kitchen has everything you could need to cook up a storm with an oven and hob fridge microwave small freezer dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Outside there is an enclosed garden area with a private hot tub BBQ garden furniture and enclosed child s play area - everything you could need to enjoy a night under the Devon sky!
