This is a modern, luxury mini-penthouse apartment on the 10th floor of an apartment building on the prestigious Avenida da República, in the heart of the city centre. The apartment has two balconies, one facing east, with spectacular views of the famous monastery Serra do Pilar in the foreground, the city of Porto and the mountains of the Douro valley in the distance, and one facing west, with breathtaking views of the river Douro, the port wine lodges, the Clerigos tower and the historical centres of Porto and Gaia.

There is a lounge with sofa bed, chairs and cable TV, a separate kitchen, luxury bathroom with full length bath,  and double bedroom. There are two sets of double glazed sliding doors from the lounge to the front balcony and also double glazed sliding doors from the bedroom to the rear balcony. The apartment is therefore very quiet and peaceful despite its location in the heart of a buzzing city. There is free high speed Internet throughout the apartment.
