 Emerald Luxury Villas is the ideal retreat for couples, families or groups who want to experience privacy and relaxation while on holiday in Zakynthos. The villas are built according to high standards of luxury and comfort with private pools and all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The complex is ideally situated on a small hillside, only 300m away from Agios Nikolaos Beach in Volimes and offer magnificent sea views over the Ionian Sea and tranquillity and peace to every guest.

Emerald Luxury Villas composed of eight independent stone villas devided in to  4 Large vllas of 105sqm each one (for 2-6 persons) and 4 Small villas of 80sqm each one (for 2-4 persons). Each villa has an exterior private fenced space of 185sqm and set on an area of 1000sqm. The distances between the villas ensure the privacy of their quests.

All villas are two storey, with two bedrooms and a bathroom wth jacuzzi on the first floor and an open plan living-dning area,fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils, and a separate WC on te ground floor. Private fenced parking area, private pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, large veranda and balcony, air-condition, satellite tv, wireless internet access, safe deposit box are available in every villa.
