A renovated 200 year old typical Ibicencan finca the house combines traditional features with modern comforts and makes a very homely and welcoming holiday villa which is beautifully maintained by the friendly owner (who speaks English). The thick walls ensure the villa is always cool in Summer. There are wonderful views over the countryside which also provides many interesting and beautiful walks. Villa Can Toni (SIV011) is just 300m away so both houses can be booked together by two families or a group of friends. A lovely villa that is much appreciated by guests and is highly recommended for anyone wanting to combine countryside privacy with easy access to the beaches and many attractions of Ibiza. The raised swimming pool (8m x 4m depth 0.8m to 1.5m with ladder) and spacious sun terraces are reached by steps from the front of the house and are enclosed by a balustrade.
