Villa Puesta del Sol is a comfortable and conveniently situated house in a quiet residential area just 1 km from the sandy cove of Cala Salada and 3 km from the many bars restaurants and nightlife of San Antonio. Set in an elevated position on a hillside with unbeatable views of the bay from its spacious terraces and the sunsets over the sea are truly memorable as are the twinkling lights of San Antonio at night. The villa is tastefully furnished in a cool modern style with many original paintings and offers several shaded and sunny terraces as well as a private swimming pool (8m x 4m depth 1.1m to 1.7m with steps) and BBQ making it ideal for outdoor living during the summer. Taxis are available should you not wish to use your car in the evening. Two storeys. From the driveway steps lead up to the sun terraces BBQ and pool area and then to a shaded dining terrace. Ground floor: lounge/dining room with satellite TV and CD player fitted kitchen with microwave and dishwasher (washing machine in utility room) two twin bedrooms and full bathroom. Steps lead down from the sun terrace to a futher twin with adjacent shower room and separate WC. There are also steps (with a gate) up to a roof terrace with low walls so not recommended for children. No infants under 2 years allowed. Free safe. Weekly cleaning and linen/towel change weekly. Sunday changeover.
