It is just 1.2km from a supermarket and several excellent restaurants whilst the beaches and many amenities of Santa Eulalia are just 7-10 min drive away with Ibiza Town and many other beaches within 15 min. A modern villa built on two levels with several terraces it offers very comfortable and spacious accommodation for anyone looking for a villa in a quiet but convenient location or who enjoys the authentic landscapes of Ibiza. Open and shaded terraces are perfect for sunbathing or dining alfresco. Villa Can Joan Yern (SIV012) is just 300m away so both houses can be booked together by two families or a group of friends. Two storeys. Shaded dining terrace with BBQ. Entrance hall lounge/dining room with satellite TV and CD/DVD player kitchen with breakfast bar microwave dishwasher (washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage) plus shower/WC downstairs. Upstairs are one double and two twin bedrooms full bathroom and a large balcony with panoramic views. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and access to the balcony. Free safe.
