Hi – Welcome to Captain’s View - which has been awarded a 4 Star Rating by the Tourist Board. The detached house was built in 1897 by a retired sea captain – Captain Wright and then converted into two apartments in the 1960’s.

The fully alarmed accommodation (all centrally heated) is on the top (first) floor (which is reached through your own private front door and flight of stairs) – consists of a large lounge with 42" plasma widescreen TV and dvd player, leather suite, modern fire and spectacular views up and down the River Mersey and across to Liverpool. There are also patio doors leading on to a small balcony.

The main bedroom has a kingsize leather bed, colour TV, fitted wardrobes and again – stunning views of the river. The second bedroom is a comfortable twin room with fitted wardrobes TV.(fold-up bed available for 5th person) The large bathroom has a separate corner shower and corner bath with fitted sink and toilet.

The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, freezer and dishwasher & TV. (There is a laundry area in the garage with washing machine and tumble dryer). The view from the kitchen window is of a lawned garden and across to the famous Liver Buildings.

There is then a spacious dining room with extending table. All these rooms lead from a large spacious central hall. There is off road parking if required.
