This facility is 5 minutes drive from the scenic Zevenwacht Wine Estate, 20 minutes from the airport and half an hour’s drive to Cape Town’s night spots.  Further afield, it lies virtually on the Polkadraai access road to Stellenbosch and Spier Wine Estate, and has easy access to Durbanville Hills.  There are a number of wine farms closer to home, and is an ideal getaway for wine and country aficionado’s.

12 on Kiewiet is also ideally situated to explore the beautiful beaches of Blaauwberg, Strand and the picturesque yachting town of Gordon’s Bay, and if you are interested in a bit of the history of South Africa, Paarl and Wellington is half an hour’s drive away and shops and banks are less than 5 minutes’ drive from the gate.

For the business traveller, 12 on Kiewiet lies a short hop away from the R300 and the N1, and near the business hubs of Bellville, Durbanville and Brackenfell.

During the 2010 Soccer World Cup event, the entire house, including the three seperate entrance flats will be available on a day-to-day basis.  The main house consists of one master suite with walk-in dressing room and en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, and two extra bedrooms sharing a bathroom.  A seperate guest WC ajoins the bathroom.  In total, including the flats there is accommodation for 12 adults.
