FANTASTIC AFFORDABLE VILLA sleeps up to 10 People just 250m from the local beach and Mediterranean Sea off a Private Drive. It's also a great base from which to explore the dramatic heritage, cultural delights and superb beaches of Western Sicily!
Villa Anna is in the small Marausa Lido resort, 8km from Trapani. At just 250m from the Med, it is set beneath two 35 year old pine trees off a private driveway shared with two quiet villas. The villa can sleep up to 10 people in its four bedrooms over two floors, is fully furnished and ready to occupy.
The nearest beachside bar and restaurant is 5 minutes on foot, and the 2 main local beaches are between 5 and 15 minutes walk from the house. The villa has a three-aspect garden and a roof terrace that allow you to find peace and quiet from even the biggest family or group. Garden furniture, seats, sun-loungers and tables are provided for your use during your stay. There is secure parking space for two cars at the front of the house and the garden is landscaped with a variety of indigenous plants and cacti, cartwheels and trees. Parts of the garden are shaded so you can eat outdoors comfortably, but there are private areas to sunbathe in to the side of the house and on the roof. At night garden lighting means you can sit in the garden or make use of the open sided veranda. The view from the roof affords you a clear vista of Medieval mount Erice just 8km away across the Sicilian countryside.

The magnificent 2000year old amphitheatre and temple at Segesta; the majestic views of Sicily from high up on Monte Erice; the stunning beaches of 'Lo Zingaro', San Vito and the Egadi Islands and the delicious desert wine from the various Marsala cantinas are just a selection of treats within half an hour's drive or boat ride of Villa Anna. Further afield you'll find the splendours of Piazza Armerina and Agrigento's impressive Valley of the Temples - unique outside Greece. And let's not forget the stunning scenery, superb beaches, nature reserves and cuisine of the region. There's so much to do, see and experience it is hard to summarise it in a single paragraph.
