Coast/beach
Casa Matos Brancos is only a few minutes by car to the village of Praia da Luz, with its Parisienne promenade and golden beach. This stretch of the coast has some of the best family beaches in the Algarve.
With stunning views from numerous cliff walks all the way to the cape of St Vincent (furthest south westerly point in Europe) and the historical cobbled town of Lagos and its beautiful beaches being a short drive away, casa Matos Brancos is the perfect base to discover this side of the Algarve and the west coast.

Parque da Floresta - Crafted through valleys and over inland hills, in early sping the area is blanketed with beautiful white flowers.
Boavista - Set in a stunning position overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the historic town of Lagos. The natural landscape aided Howard Swan to design this award winning course.
Palmares - Opened in 1976. The course combines links style golf with a slightly more hilly back 9. The first 5 holes follow the beach of Meia Praia. Holes 10-18 offer stunning views of the Monchique mountains.
