Apartment 4 is a luxury, self-catering property located in the centre of Saint Gervais. The apartment has been sympathetically built in harmony with the existing traditional town buildings. It is a spacious townhouse spread over three floors and sleeps six people plus a baby. The décor inside is modern rustic with exposed beams throughout and wooden staircases.

On the first floor the living space is open plan with a well-equipped, modern kitchen, dining area and two comfortable sofas with flat screen TV and DVD player. The sitting room has French windows that open out onto a south facing balcony with great views of the town and the ski slopes. In addition on the first floor there is a ski locker, toilet, large cloakroom and washer dryer. Upstairs, on the second floor are two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath/shower and a separate toilet. The bedrooms consist of a large double with a kingsize bed and a south facing balcony and a twin room with adult size bunk beds with a north facing balcony which looks across to the chateau. On the top floor is a en-suite twin bedroom which can also be converted into a kingsize double on request.  All the bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes.
