Just 1.5 km from the popular and attractive village of San Jose (where there is a good selection of shops cafes and restaurants) and 6.5 km from the beach at Cala Tarida this very homely and pretty villa is set in a quiet rural countryside location yet is very conveniently located for exploring the many superb beaches of the South and West coasts whilst Ibiza Town is just 25 min drive away. There are lovely views across the pool to the pine-clad hills from the shaded dining verandah. Ideal for couples or a small family C?an Angulo offers simple but very comfortable in delightful surroundings and is a very popular villa to which many guests return each year. Care should be taken with the low walls surrounding the sun terraces and swimming pool (9m x 5m depth 1m to 1.8m with steps). One storey. Steps lead up from the sun terraces pool and BBQ to the verandah. Lounge/dining room separate sitting room with TV and DVD/CD player and doors to terrace. Country kitchen with full cooker fridge microwave and washing machine plus further door to terrace. One double bedroom with en suite bathroom twin bedroom and further bathroom.
