Las Arecas Lux is a superior development of luxurious 4 bedroom villas in a quiet residential area each with their own private heated swimming pool (7m x 3m depth 1.4m to 1.6m with roman steps) separate children's paddling pool partly lawned garden and sun terraces. Recently built each villa has been equipped and furnished to the highest standards offering some of the best accommodation in the area. Las Arecas Lux is just a few hundred metres from Las Arecas Club (see above) and is also just 1 km from the main beach and 1.2 km from the attractive resort centre of Playa Blanca where there is a variety of shops bars and restaurants. Car hire is recommended although the villas are suitable for those who don?t want to use a car all the time. Playa Blanca has a very relaxed atmosphere and is less busy than Puerto del Carmen but is very convenient for visiting Timanfaya National Park the stunning Papagayo beach or even taking the short ferry trip to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. The superb new marina of Puerto Rubicon is about 20 minutes' walk away and offers a large selection of cafes bars and restaurants - it is actually livelier than the old (and nearer) resort centre should you want this! Two storeys. Ground floor: Lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV DVD and CD players fully fitted kitchen with hob/oven fridge freezer microwave washing machine and dishwasher double bedroom with en suite bathroom and jacuzzi 1 twin bedroom and further bathroom with hairdryer and shower/WC. Downstairs (reached via an enclosed external staircase from the front door with a lockable gate) is a 2nd lounge/play area with TV and DVD plus 2 twin bedrooms and a further shower/WC. Safe.
