Las Arecas Club is a small development of luxurious 4 bedroom villas in a quiet residential area each with their own private heated (in Winter) swimming pool (7m x 3m depth 1.4m to 1.6m with roman steps) separate children's paddling pool large lawned garden (incredibly rare for Lanzarote!) and sun terraces. Recently built very tastefully and comfortably furnished and well equipped Las Arecas is just 1 km from the main beach and 1.2 km from the attractive resort centre of Playa Blanca where there is a variety of shops bars and restaurants and is ideal for anyone who doesn?t want to use a car all the time. Each house is built on a large plot so has plenty of space. They are ideal for families looking for top quality accommodation at an affordable price. Highly recommended. Playa Blanca has a very relaxed atmosphere and is less busy than Puerto del Carmen but is very convenient for visiting Timanfaya National Park the stunning Papagayo beach or even taking the short ferry trip to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. The superb new marina of Puerto Rubicon is about 20 minutes' walk away and offers a large selection of cafes bars and restaurants - it is actually livelier than the old (and nearer) resort centre should you want this! Two Storeys. Lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV DVD and CD players fully fitted kitchen with hob/oven fridge freezer microwave washing machine and dishwasher double bedroom with en suite bathroom jacuzzi and hairdryer. 3 twin bedrooms and two further bathrooms with shower/WC.
