Bocaina Villas is a very pleasant residential development of very comfortable and well equipped private houses just 400m uphill from the resort centre old port and main beach of Puerto del Carmen making them ideal for anyone who wants a quiet villa within easy walking distance of this lively resort. Furnished to a high standard each house has its own private swimming pool (6m x 3m depth 1m to 1.8m with ladder) sun terraces and BBQ area whilst there is also a spacious upstairs balcony with panoramic views. Puerto del Carmen is also very convenient for visiting Timanfaya National Park Teguise golf course or exploring the island. Two storeys.
