Villa Amina is a spacious detached bungalow standing in its own grounds in a very convenient and central location only 400 m from Los Pocillos beach 800 m from various shops and restaurants and just 15 min walk along the seafront promenade from the heart of Puerto Del Carmen. It has its own private solar heated pool (7m x3m depth 1m to 1.7m with ladder pool is heated in the winter months) with outside shower and terrace area with attractive mature small garden BBQ and patio furniture. Inside the villa is very pleasantly and comfortably furnished in a bright modern style making this an ideal base for a relaxing villa holiday close to all amenities. Car hire is not essential here but is recommended if you want to explore more of the island. The area is also very convenient for visiting Timanfaya National Park the beautiful unspoiled Papagayo beaches Teguise golf course or discovering the many facets of Lanzarote. One storey. A gate and pathway leads through the garden to a shaded veranda sun terraces and pool. Lounge/dining room with satellite TV and DVD and CD players (plus small library of DVDs) kitchen with breakfast bar full cooker fridge microwave and washing machine. Bedroom with Scandinavian style low double bed and ensuite shower/WC twin bedroom and full bathroom. Free safe. Twice weekly cleaning and weekly linen change. Minimum stay 7 nights arrive any day.
