A small development of 24 recently built detached villas each with their own garden and swimming pool (6m x 3m depth 1.55m all round with ladder) Costa Papagayo is handily located in a residential area yet only 5 min walk or 300m from the beach and amenities of Playa Blanca the most relaxing resort on the island. With spacious sun terraces BBQ area and cool bright interiors the villas make very comfortable well equipped and inexpensive holiday homes. Each house is surrounded by a wall so guests can enjoy some privacy as well as very convenient proximity to all amenities. Playa Blanca has a very relaxed atmosphere and is less busy than Puerto del Carmen but is very convenient for visiting Timanfaya National Park the stunning Papagayo beach or even taking the short ferry trip to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. The superb new Puerto Rubicon marina just 15 minutes walk away offers a large selection of bars and restaurants and is rather more lively than the nearer beach area and resort centre. One or Two storeys. Spacious lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV DVD/CD player and patio doors opening onto pool fitted kitchen with microwave washing machine and dishwasher 2 twin bedrooms bathroom and double bedroom with en suite bathroom and balcony. Free safe. Two storey houses also have an upstairs balcony with sea views.
