These two identical semi-detached villas stand in a quiet residential area in private volcanic gardens just 300m from the sea and 2km from the centre of Playa Blanca (a pleasant 20 minute walk along the seafront promenade) with the nearest beach and shops approx. 500m away. Bright modern and pleasantly furnished Playa Burgado villas offer comfortable accommodation privacy and superb views of the sea and the island of Fuerteventura. Although there are beaches and amenities within walking distance car hire is recommended if you want to explore more of the island. The area is also very convenient for visiting Timanfaya National Park the beautiful unspoiled Papagayo beaches Teguise golf course or discovering the many facets of Lanzarote. One storey. Driveway and front door is at the rear of each house with the garden terraces private pool (7m x 4m with ladder heated in Winter- generally Nov-Mar) and BBQ all south facing at the front. The gardens are bordered by walls and are fairly private. Lounge/dining room with satellite TV DVD and CD player and patio doors leading to the shaded terrace/pergola and pool area. Fitted kitchen with fridge cooker and microwave (washing machine in utility area). Double bedroom with ensuite bath/WC twin with shower/WC. Free safe. Twice weekly cleaning and weekly linen change. Minimum stay 7 nights arrive any day.
