Marismas Sol is set in pretty gardens with lawns and sun terraces bordering its attractive swimming pool (7m x 3m depth 0.9m x 1.8m with ladder) bordered by walls and hedges for privacy. Recently upgraded with air conditioning this is an attractive villa in an enviable location. Villa Marismas Sombra (see page 63) is next door but completely separate from Sol. One storey. 4 steps lead up from sun terrace and garden to the front door and then into a spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV/DVD. Compact kitchen with full cooker fridge microwave and dishwasher (washing machine outside). Hallway leading to one twin and one double bedroom full bathroom and further cloakroom with washbasin bidet and WC. Air conditioning/heating in bedrooms and lounge included at no extra charge. Built in BBQ. Cleaning and towel change twice weekly linen changed weekly. Minimum stay 7 nights arrive any day.
