Villa Serpentona 1 is one of two high-quality identical and semi-detached new villas in a quiet residential area of Cala Galdana just 600m uphill from the magnificent sandy cove with its crystal clear turquoise waters and the resort centre where there is a variety of shops bars and restaurants. Fully air-conditioned (and heated for low season) very well equipped and pleasantly furnished with Mexican pine and pretty tiles the two villas are relatively private from each other ( the pools and sun terraces are separated by high hedges) but can also be booked together by a group of friends or two families with the added advantage of two pools! A good choice for those looking for high quality accommodation in this much sought-after and ever popular resort. There is a bar and restaurant just 200m from the villa plus many more in heart of this beautful resort. One storey. Steps lead from the parking area to the front door with a few steps down to the private swimming pool (8m x 4m with a depth of 1m to 2m and roman steps) and extensive sun terraces. Spacious lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV DVD and balcony overlooking pool. Fitted kitchen with fridge freezer hob oven microwave dishwasher and washing machine double bedroom with balcony and ensuite bath/wc 2 twins and further bathroom. Rear dining terrace with BBQ and partial sea views. An extra bed can be provided for one child up to 16 years old. Cleaning and towel change twice weekly linen changed weekly. Minimum stay 7 nights arrive anyday.
