This 250 year old restored farmhouse offers lots of space and character and is peacefully situated just 5 min walk from the village of Cas Concas 10-15 min drive from the beaches nightlife and many amenities of Cala d'Or. Set in floodlit herb scented gardens the villa has been beautifully converted to offer a charming holiday home in peaceful rural surroundings yet within easy reach of the small shops and restaurants of the village. The large swimming pool (11.5m x6.5m depth 0.9m to 2.1m with steps) is ideal for serious swimmers and the gardens offer plenty of space for sunbathing whilst the shaded BBQ and dining terrace are perfect for an evening meal. Inside Ca'n Cavea has been tastefully resored in Mallorcan style with terracotta tiles beamed ceilings and traditional local furniture. It offers excellent amenities including air conditioning in all bedrooms at no extra charge. Two storeys. Large oak doors lead into a hallway and dinig room. Fitted kitchen with full cooker fridge microwave dishwasher and washing machine. Small sitting room one twin and one double bedroom sharing a shower/WC on the ground floor.
