An ideal choice for families requiring a villa close to the beach and a selection of bars and restaurants Corb Mari is a bright spacious villa situated in a residential area just 600m from the lovely sandy cove of Cala Egos with a small commercial centre of shops bars and restaurants close by. The centre of Cala d'Or with its extensive choice of amenities and nightlife is 3km away by road whilst the exclusive marina area with many fine bars and eateries is just 1.5km distant - both can be easily reached by bus or taxi. The house is set in enclosed gardens bordered by trees and flowering shrubs for privacy with a private swimming pool (7.5m x 5m depth 1 2m to 1.4m with ladder) sun terraces shaded dining terrace and BBQ. Car hire is not essential here but it is recommended for visit to the larger supermarkets or trips out of the resort such as the superb unspoiled beach of Cala Mondrago (7km) or Vall d'Or golf (approx 10km). One storey. Lounge/dining room with satellite TV and DVD player plus patio doors leading onto the terrace and pool area. Kitchen with breakfast bar full cooker microwave fridge and washing machine.
