This spacious whitewashed villa is built in the traditional ibicencan style of Cala d'Or and is an excellent choice for larger families or a group of friends looking for a centrally situated holiday home within easy reach of all amenities. Standing in a a largely residential area just a few min walk from the bars and restaurants of the exclusive marina area 1 km from the sandy cove of Cala Egos and only 1.5 km from the many facilities of central Cala d'Or Casa Bordoy could not be better located. The house is traditionally but comfortably furnished and stands in its own grounds with private kidney shaped swimming pool (8m x 4 5m depth 1.1m to21.1m with ladder) sun terraces shaded dining terrace and BBQ. Car hire is not essential here but it is recommended for visits to the larger supermarkets or trips out of resort such as the superb unspoiled beach of Cala Mondrago (7 km) or Vall d'Or golf (approx. 10 km). Two storeys. Ground floor: lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to garden and pool area kitchen with full cooker microwave fridge and dishwasher plus doors to covered BBQ and dining terrace. Double bedroom with ensuite shower/WC two twin bedrooms plus a full bathroom. Upstairs (via an external staircase) is a second lounge with satellite TV and DVD player utility room with washing machine plus a double bedroom with ensuite shower/WC and a further twin with ensuite bathroom and balcony. All bedrooms have fans. Free safe. Upstairs bedrooms are not ideal for smaller children due to external staircase. Weekly cleaning and linen change.
