Just 700m from Pollensa this attractive villa is conveniently positioned just off the road leading to the historic old town with its lovely squares shops and atmospheric restaurants while the beaches of Puerto Pollensa are 7 km away. A relatively new villa C?an Castello stands next to an orchard with a backdrop of mountains in the distance. It has an attractive raised swimming pool (7m x 3.5m depth 1.2m to 2.2m with roman steps) with spacious sun terraces plus a shaded veranda/dining terrace with BBQ. Inside the house is light and airy with comfortable furnishings. It is ideal for people who do not want to use their car all the time since bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. One storey. Lounge/dining room with sofa bed and basic satellite TV and DVD player fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer and full cooker (washing machine outside in utility room) 1 double and 1 twin bedroom full bathroom and separate shower/WC outside. Free safe. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change linen weekly. Saturday changeovers between 23 May - 25 Sep anyday arrivals at other times.
