Na Burguera is an old farmhouse that has been tastefully converted into a spacious holiday villa. Set just 1 km down a country lane from Cala d?Or marina (where there are many bars restaurants and shops) and just 2 km from the main resort centre and beaches it is ideal for families requiring privacy and proximity to all amenities. The gated and raised pool ( 7m x 5m depth 1.5m to 1.7m with ladder) and separate children?s pool are reached by a few steps and are bordered by sun terraces and offer good views over the countryside whilst there is also a small lawned area and BBQ for al fresco dining. Recently renovated and comfortably furnished Na Burguera offers plenty of room making it ideal for larger families or a group of friends. Whilst Cala d?Or is only just down the road the pretty winding country lanes connect the house to several nearby villages where there is always a more relaxing pace and friendly welcome from the locals as well as typical restaurants and small family shops. Two storeys. Large hallway and reception lounge area with CD player leads into a fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer full cooker microwave dishwasher and washing machine and then into a dining/sitting room with basic satellite TV and DVD player. Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs are 2 twin bedrooms and a further double plus 2 bathrooms one of which is ensuite. All bedrooms have fans. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.
