Situated in the countryside just 2 km from both Pollensa town and 3km from Puerto Pollensa (with the sea and beaches of Pollensa bay just over 1 km away) villa Canyeto is set in a pretty lawned garden bordered by flowering shrubs and trees for extra privacy with a good sized private pool and two most attractive shaded verandas from which abundant bougainvillea cascades downwards. Inside the house is immaculately maintained by its charming owners and has a very homely traditional Mallorquin ambience and is very light and spacious. However with the handy BBQ pretty garden and dining terrace all around the swimming pool (8.5m x 4.5m depth 1m to 1.9m with roman steps) you may well find you spend all your waking hours outside! Ideal for both couples and families with children Canyeto is a comfortable very homely well cared for convenient holiday home to which many people return each year. Single storey. From the poolside veranda and BBQ area you enter the fitted kitchen with full cooker fridge/freezer and microwave (washing machine in the utility room) then into the spacious lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV DVD and CD players plus patio doors to the front dining veranda and garden. 1 double with air conditioning/heating (at no extra charge) 1 twin (with air conditioning/heating at no extra charge) and 1 single bedroom (with an extra bed available for a child) full bathroom and further shower/WC by veranda/pool area. Free safe. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change linen weekly. Saturday changeover between 23 May -25 Sep anyday arrivals at other times.
