Villa Yesero enjoys a tranquil location in the countryside between Pollensa Town and the beaches bars and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa (approx. 4 km to either). A comfortable homely house it is spacious and well equipped with extensive sun terraces a delightful swimming pool (8m x 4m depth 1m to 2m with roman steps) and a lovely shaded dining terrace with BBQ. There is also a spacious roof terrace to take full advantage of the sun in cooler months. Offering tranquillity and seclusion in a pretty rural location it is a comfortable and attractive villa ideal for families and couples alike. One storey. Lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV modern fitted kitchen with microwave and dishwasher (washing machine outside on BBQ terrace) 1 twin and 1 single bedroom double with ensuite shower room plus a full bathroom. Upstairs is a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the countryside and the mountains of Formentor. Free safe. Fans are provided. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change linen weekly. Saturday changeover between 23 May - 25 Sep anyday arrivals at other times.
